CODE RELEASE: [server] New Mud Software (SunderMUD 1.0)

SunderMUD 1, a mud code which has been in development for over a year, is
now  available for free use.

SunderMUD is originally based on Rom 2.3, but has rewritten much code to
make  the game more balanced and enjoyable.

The features are too numerous to list in a single post. A brief list of 
important features, as well as the archive file for the mud, can be found
