These are pretty vague. I'm not allowed to show bias towards chocolate
over vanilla ice cream? I'm not allowed to prefer to date women who are in
shape as opposed to overweight women?

What is the common good? Who defines it? What is the common vision and
values? I'd say we here at mud-dev are a community, but I think it's
pretty obvious that there is no common vision or values.

A constitutional limit on internal taxation is meaningless. What if that
limit is 99.9% of your income? All these "rights' and "responsibilities"
strike me as hopelessly vague, and so nebulous as to be utterly
meaningless.
