It's a CGI interface to a star/planet generator:
Forms allow you to select a pair of starting points from a set of both
real stars and planets and those from Science Fiction. It is possible
to design your own worlds. The Sun-Earth-Moon combination can always
be chosen for comparison.
It generates a lot of general information (rotational period, gravity,
escape velocity, etc) about a star/planet/moon system. Also there's a lot of
reference information covering the details of the calculations it performs.
