I can think of some fun reasons for /consider to lie to players. For
one, it could be used to enforce the "overconfidence" disadvantage,
assuming such a disadvantage exists. For another, use it to punish
psychopathic characters that kill anything weaker than them; it stands
to reason that a stone-cold socipathic killer is going to have an
overinflated view of her own power.
