I don't really feel that the distinction that it was Ebay and not
Mythic that technically stopped the sales is material.
Whether or not Ebay agrees with Mythic's claim is speculative. I
think it's safer to say that Ebay isn't legally stupid. Ebay has a
fairly demonstrated history of stopping any auction that might
potentially result in a suit against itself, and I think the Mythic
case is just another example of that policy.
