My own personal thought was to figure out a length of time either
slightly shorter than or longer than a real day that would give
varying times of day over a week, ensuring that people logging in at
the same time every day aren't always at the same gametime, and also
making sure it varies from week to week.

I haven't had any reason yet to actually figure out a value that
works though. :)
