You and me both. I am shocked at the lack of recognition; I
considered the Blackmoor supplement far more interesting than the
Greyhawk supplement, and it later formed much of the philosophical
foundation for my own campaign world. It seems like everyone knows
Gary Gygax, but nobody even thinks about Dave Arneson... a grave
injustice, IMO.
