I thought about doing this quite awhile ago, but I don't see it
working. I wouldn't wish to let hobbyist muds have any control over
who can and cannot play Achaea. For that matter, I wouldn't wish to
let Sony, Microsoft, and Verant determine who can play
Achaea. Everyone's motivations are different and a problem player one
place may not be a problem player in another.
