With all this discussion about what moral responsibilities purveyors
of MUDs do or do not have with regards to the style and content of
their games, I have yet to hear any discussion of alternate options.
For instance, what do people think of the idea of providing a
description of the game's content and potential issues in some
highly-visible fashion? Doing so would certainly make it easier for
folks to decide whether they want to play the game or not, as well as
helping responsible, involved parents make informed decisions.

As is the case with many issues discussed on this list, there's plenty
of room for compromise between doing nothing and cautiously filtering
all of your content.
