Ah, it was an interesting read to say the least. I do have to agree
with it though. All of the CS games I've seen where clans were
involved there was a well executed display of working together as a
team. It is nice to finally see an article with a positive light on
gaming. The thing that bothers me the most is when reporters will
make a negative remark about computer games with out actually
playing them. They go well beyond just shoot them up. I've seen
people in MMORPGs show great team work as well. For example, in UO,
I'd often see people running as a pack in factions utilizing
programs such as Roger Wilco or Game Voice. This just goes to show
that games have gone beyond just simple transistors flipping-- they
are complex social interactions (for online games atleast). Of
course all of you probably already know this.
