Ah, but this is merely an extension of the same principle - since
from the perspective of the group that just killed the Boss mob, the
spawn counter cannot be reset prematurely unless they collapse the
instance by moving away from the camp spot. In effect, this
implementation merely presents a strong motivation for campers to
move.
If they do move, the camping mutates into a hunting pattern, where
groups are on the move, but always visiting the same spots. So we
get back to the original statement - since if they decide to stay
put, the instancing serves them no extra rewards. If they hunt,
then the instancing has helped them avoid other hunting groups. :)
